Team of Evolve consultants helping leaders adapt strategy and build trust under pressure

Evolve simulations have been delivered live for everything from intimate executive teams of 8 to large-scale audiences of more than 3,500 people.

Immersive Simulations for Transformation

In a world shaped constant change, high performance isn’t about one-off team building — it’s about building capability and alignment under pressure.

At Evolve, we create immersive, cinematic simulations that bring leadership and collaboration challenges to life. These are not games or workshops, they’re real-world decision environments designed to test how teams think, decide, and perform when it matters most.

Our simulations are built from decades of experience in mountaineering, aviation, and corporate transformation. Each one drops participants into a high-stakes scenario where they must navigate limited information, shifting conditions, and competing priorities — together.

Why Simulations Work

Leaders learn best through experience. Simulations create emotionally charged, consequence-driven environments that reveal how individuals and teams operate under pressure — and then provide the tools to perform better.

Participants leave with:

  • Sharper decision-making skills in uncertain conditions

  • Faster alignment around roles and priorities

  • Improved communication and trust under stress

  • A deeper connection between strategy and behavior

Our Signature Experiences

  1. Elevate: The Everest Simulation

Elevate our Mt Everest Simuation, places leaders and teams inside a high-stakes Mt. Everest expedition, where changing conditions, limited information, and competing priorities force them to make a series of critical decisions under pressure.

As the climb unfolds, participants and teams must align quickly, communicate clearly, assess risk, build trust, and decide when to push forward, when to adapt, and when to protect the team.

The experience turns Everest into a powerful business metaphor for leadership, transformation, and execution in uncertain environments.

  2. Cyberstorm: The AI-Driven Attack Simulation

CyberStorm is Evolve’s immersive cybersecurity simulation, designed to help leaders and teams experience the pressure, complexity, and human realities of responding to a cyber crisis.

Participants are placed inside multiple, compounding cyberattack scenarios where they must assess risk, work cross-functionally, communicate under pressure, make critical decisions, and respond as the situation escalates.

The program builds practical cyber awareness while strengthening team decision-making, communication, and cross-functional alignment. It helps organizations move beyond theoretical training and prepare their people to respond with clarity, confidence, and alignment when it matters most.

Evolve sailing

Sailing and business naturally fuse well. You just have a think about expressions commonly used in everyday business life: To chart a new course, to run a tight ship, all hands on deck, show them the ropes, to change tack, to sail through the storm.

At Evolve, we have made a serious commitment to developing this exciting new simulation. Filming content on Evolve’s sailing catamaran called Phantasia. The simulation focuses on:

  1. Building a new horizon

  2. Charting a different course

  3. Dealing with adversity and change

The sailing Experience

The sailing footage is shot in 4K ultra HD. This simulation will give your team the ultimate ocean experience, from the comfort of a safe environment.

Evolve Focus

El Capitan is one of the largest vertical rock formations located on the north side of Yosemite Valley in California. The climb massive, 3,000 vertical feet and overhanging granite. At first it seems impossible, insurmountable, unachievable. For most climbers they won’t even attempt it because it’s such a stretched goal. However for those select few that do, the climb tests them mentally and physically.

Evolve Focus is a simulation that focuses on:

  1. Clarity

  2. Capability

  3. Collaboration

  4. Communication

Will your team make it to the top?

I was skeptical about it at first, but I’m really glad I came to the session and engaged in the process. It was by far the best training I have ever attended!
